Design Thinking Workshop

Oliver is an accredited Design Thinking coach at the Hasso Plattner School of Design Thinking at the University of Cape Town. He has worked with both students and professionals to build their creative confidence and challenge their mental models and frames of reference in order to create space for new ways of thinking and being.

He is a registered business advisor of IBASA (Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa) and has worked with senior leaders of organisations on their internal change management programmes to address topics such as culture, team dynamics, innovation practices and communication strategies.

Oliver is an MBA graduate (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business with a special interest in the fields of leadership, organisational behaviour and people management.
