Design Thinking Workshop

Rob designs and facilitates workshops to help teams use Human-Centred Design to develop new solutions to wicked problems, and to practice the mindsets required to innovate in increasingly complex and ambiguous environments. He has worked as the Programme Manager at the Hasso Plattner School of Design Thinking both in South Africa and in Germany, and spent two years as the Design Thinking Lead at Futureworld, an innovation consultancy in Johannesburg.

Rob holds an MA in English Literature from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at UCT. He is an avid listener of podcasts, a wildlife photographer and runner.
